Are your products authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is genuine designer merchandise sourced from established European fashion distributors. Read more on our Authenticity page.
Why are your prices lower than retail?
Our pieces are past-season and overstock items. Brands sell this surplus through distributors, which lets us offer outlet prices on brand-new items.
Sizing
Which sizes do you show?
All sizes are shown in U.S. standard. Many of our brands are Italian, so we convert their sizes for you — for example, women’s IT 40 is shown as US 4, and men’s IT 50 jackets as US 40.
How do I find my size?
Open the size guide on any product page. Italian brands can run slightly small; if you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $300 or more, and a flat $29 below that.
How long does delivery take?
Items ship from our partner warehouses in Europe by express courier. Most orders arrive in 5–9 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items can ship from different warehouses. You never pay extra shipping for this.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn with all tags and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Return policy for details.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Our stock is limited, so we can’t hold items for exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover the return and send a replacement or a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible.
